Fast and Accurate Packaging

Our bagging scales are digital scales manufactured as a duplex scale, which delivers a constant flow of product for expedient packaging. The duplex scale features two weigh hoppers controlled by a common PLC. All of our scales feature a programmable digital indicator.

The scales are designed to handle free flowing products into open mouth bags with weight range capacities from 10 to 100 lbs. Normal speeds are 16-22 (50 lb.) bags per minute for a duplex with a ± 2 to 3 ounce accuracy.

Durable and Reliable Stainless Steel

Our metallurgy specification requires all of our equipment to be constructed from stainless steel for advanced durability and reliability. Stainless steel equipment is resistant to corrosion, requires minimal maintenance, and makes an ideal material for many applications.
